Nursing Team
Our qualified nurses have applicable skills in cervical screening, immunisations (including travel), contraceptive and sexual health advice, wound care and other aspects of physical care of patients in general practice.
They are also trained to support the management of long-term conditions such as diabetes, Asthma, COPD, cardiovascular disease and other chronic disease management.

Health Care Assistants
Our Health Care Assistants (HCA’s) work under the supervision of our Practice Nurses to provide care to patients needing a variety of physical tests and other aspects of care to support the management on long-term conditions.
This may include blood tests, ECG’s, 24-hour blood pressure monitors, injections for adults, simple wound care, spirometry, diabetic foot care and high risk monitoring, ear care, anticoagulation monitoring, smoking cessation counselling, etc.
Social Prescriber
Our social prescribing team can help you connect to activities, groups, and services in your community to meet your practical, social and emotional needs that affect your health and wellbeing.
Our Social prescribing is an all-age, whole population approach that works particularly well for people who:
- have one or more long term conditions
- who need support with low level mental health issues
- who are lonely or isolated
- who have complex social needs which affect their wellbeing.

First Contact Physiotherapist
Our First Contact Physiotherapist have an expertise in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal conditions. He is available every Wednesday between 1pm-5pm and you can book an appointment directly with a physiotherapist via the receptionist, which means you won’t need to wait for a referral from a doctor.
Administration Team
Our dedicated team of administrators cover a vast array of duties ranging from registrations, medical summaries, insurance reports, document management and medical referrals.
Reception Team
The reception team are the first point of contact for all patients at the surgery.
Our experienced Reception team are here to help you in making bookings, answering queries and directing you to the most appropriate service based on your medical needs. They will help you set up you patient online access and update your details so the surgery can keep you informed of new services.
